The meat for these France Gourmet beef patties (for burgers) is ground on demand, and is made from tenderloin and topside beef cuts.
Preparation / Recipe: Sear the patties on each side in a pan with a little oil or butter for several minutes, depending on your preferred taste.
Can be consumed as is, or in a hamburger with french fries, mashed potatoes, vegetables, pasta or rice. Ground meat can also be used in recipes such as shepherd’s pie, Bolognese sauce or moussaka.
Storage: Store in the fridge between 0 and 10°C. Suitable for home freezing. Consume on the day of opening the bag.
