Roast pork


Preparation : 5 minutes
Cooking : 45 minutes

Ingredients (6 servings) :

1kg roast pork France Gourmet
– 25 g butter
– salt and pepper
– Olive oil
– 1 garlic clove cut in slices
– 5 cl water

Direction :

Heat the oven 210°C (thermostat 7) for 10 min.

Meanwhile place the roast pork in an oven dish. Pour the oil and put the butter in small piece on the meat and add water and garlic on the side. Add salt and pepper.

Cook in oven for 45 min. After 25 to 30 min, and regularly, take the roast pork out of the oven to wet it with it cooking juice. Add some water if needed. After 45 min your roast pork is well cooked golden-brown on the top and perfectly tender.
